Aresa-Adu Case Continues!! third(3rd) sitting on the Aresa-Adu case in Igbon High Court sat in Ogbomoso December 11th Wednesday to further the proceedings of the court case between the Emiolu Ruling House vs Oshunbiyi Ruling House.
the case which took place in Ogbomoso December 11th Wednesday has been transferred to Ibadan, where the final Court processions will take place.
The team of Lawyers representing the Emiolu Ruling House, led by former Attorney General of Oyo State, Barrister Micheal Lana, and the Counsel to Prince Oyerinde Adeyeye of Oshunbiyi family, Barrister Adekunle Raji, and also the Counsel to Oshunbiyi Ruling House, Barrister Ayoola Ajayi, have all submitted their final applications to the court, and the hearing for the case is said to be ready to take place at the next sitting.
The case has been adjourned to February 17th Monday 2025 final stages of the case will take place.
Soon, we shall have an Aresa of Iresa-Adu!!..
